Arp Builtcon Private Limited

Our office is located over in Dombivli East, right on Rajaji Road in Lane 3. If you know where Patkar School is, we are very close to that. We operate out of Suresh Smruti in Shreepal Nagar. Arp Builtcon Private Limited is a company we set up to handle building and construction projects around Thane. It’s not a massive operation, but we stay pretty busy with the work we have. We started this because we knew the area well and saw there was a need for people who actually show up and do the job. Some days are harder than others, especially when the weather doesn't play nice or supplies are late. We’ve had our fair share of challenges, but that is part of the territory. Most of the staff here grew up around these parts, so we have a good feel for the local neighborhoods. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build stuff. Whether it's a small repair or a bigger project, we take it as it comes. It's a bit of a cramped space in the office sometimes with all the blueprints and files, but it works for us. We like being in a place where people can just drop by and talk. Being near the school means there is always a bit of noise and life around, which we enjoy. It keeps us grounded in the reality of the town. We're just regular people working here every day.
