We have our office at Skylark Building which is over in Sector 11 of CBD Belapur. Specifically, we are in room A414 on Plot 63. Belapur is a busy place these days with lots of offices popping up everywhere, but we have stayed put here. Our work is mainly focused on housing and property projects around the area. We are a private limited company, but the atmosphere in the office is pretty casual. We usually have people dropping in to talk about homes or check on some paperwork. The building itself is easy to find if you know the sector well. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to contractors. It’s not always glamorous work, mostly just making sure the numbers add up and the builds stay on track. We are just a local team trying to make things work in the real estate world. Some days are packed with meetings and other days we are just catching up on files. We don't go for the high-pressure sales stuff that some bigger firms like. It is more about sitting down and figuring out what people actually need for their living space. The coffee machine gets a lot of use here while we go through blueprints. If you are ever in the neighborhood, that is where we are based. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
