Our desks are usually covered in drawings and notes from different sites. It’s not a very tidy office, but we know where everything is. We focus on the practical side of building. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or things like that. People in the area know us, and that’s how we get most of our work. It’s about being there every day and making sure the jobs are moving along. Running a business in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai is a lot of work, but we’re used to the pace by now. We just keep at it and handle the daily load.
