At Anupath Ventures Llp, we spend our time at Plot No 1044/2 in Sector 13/C. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We don't go for anything fancy. The office is basically just where we keep our files and meet up before heading out for the day. Being in Sector 13/C is convenient for us. It’s easy to get to and it’s a good base of operations. We do various types of venture work, which basically means we are always looking into new things or helping projects get off the ground. It’s not always easy to explain to people at parties. Every day is a bit different. One week we might be buried in numbers and the next we are talking to people about land or new builds. We don't have a big marketing team telling us what to say. We just speak like normal people. If a project looks good, we go for it. If it doesn't, we don't. We’ve had our share of ups and downs like any business. You learn more from the mistakes anyway. We are just a few people trying to make a living and do a good job. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just show up and do the work. If you need to find us, the plot number is easy enough to spot. We’re usually there during the day unless we’re out on a site visit.
