We run Amyraelite Builders And Developers Llp out of a small shop, specifically Shop No. 5 on the ground floor. It’s in the Seven Eleven Complex, E Wing, on Kanakia Road in Mira Road East. This area has changed so much lately, it’s hard to keep up with all the new buildings. We’ve been working from this office for a while, just talking to folks about where they want to live. It isn’t a fancy corporate setup. We have some desks, a few chairs for when people visit, and a lot of paperwork piled up. As developers, we manage the whole thing from finding the land to making sure the rooms are finished properly. It’s a lot of stress sometimes, dealing with contractors and all the different rules. But we really like seeing a building actually get finished and people moving in. Kanakia Road is a good spot for us because it’s close to the projects we are working on. We don't spend our money on big advertising campaigns. Usually, people just see our name on a sign at a construction site and then they come find us here at the complex. We try to be fair with everyone and just do what we said we would do. It’s a simple way to run a business. We stay busy every day, and that’s about all we can ask for at the end of the day.
