Amodh Builtcon LLP is based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. You can find us at Kaushik Chamber, Plot No. 64 in Sector 19A. Vashi is a busy hub, and Sector 19A is always bustling with activity. We are an LLP that focuses on building and construction work. Our office in Kaushik Chamber is where we do all the planning and talk to our clients and contractors. It is not a fancy setup, just a functional space with some chairs and a lot of files. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Navi Mumbai. We just want to do solid work on the projects we take on. Most of our days are spent checking on sites or meeting with suppliers to make sure we have everything needed for the week. We do not have any scripted ways of talking to people. If you come by, you will just talk to one of us directly. Construction has its ups and downs, especially with all the regulations and the weather changes, but we have learned how to handle it over the years. We are just local people who know the building trade. We do not make big promises or use marketing fluff. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure each project gets done the right way. It is simple, practical, and it keeps us busy every day of the week.
