Am Swamy Construction Private Limited is located over in Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai. Our place is called Draupadi Kana Niwas, which is in Sector 19/B, right near the Devi Mandir. It is a very local neighborhood, and we have been at House Number 128 for a long time. You can usually find us by looking for the Ranjan landmark nearby. Our office is a humble setup where we manage our construction crews and talk to people about their building needs. We aren't a big corporate giant; we are just a local business that knows the ground here in Thane and Navi Mumbai very well. A lot of our day involves coordinating with the guys on the ground and making sure we have enough sand, cement, and bricks for the week. Sometimes we sit outside if the weather is decent, but usually, we are inside dealing with the ledger books and the site plans. We have built a lot of relationships with the people living around here, so we get a lot of walk-ins just asking for advice or checking on a project. It is a busy life, but we enjoy the physical nature of the work and seeing a building go up from nothing. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do.
