Our office is tucked away in Nallasopara West, specifically in the Bhavesh Commercial Complex. It is a decent-sized place in the Shri Prastha area, which most people around here know as Nilemore. We’ve been operating out of S4 for some time now. Dealing with building projects in Thane can be a bit of a challenge with the weather and the roads, but we manage. Most of the guys here live nearby, so we know the neighborhood pretty well. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that, just a regular office where we plan out our construction sites. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at the actual plots making sure things are moving along. The complex itself gets quite busy in the evenings. Nallasopara has changed a lot lately, and being right there in the middle of it helps us stay on top of what's happening. We don't really bother with big advertisements. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people just seeing our boards at the sites. It’s a practical way to run things. The desk is usually covered in site maps and tea cups. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone who walks in. It’s just us doing our bit to build a few more homes in this part of Maharashtra. Sometimes it is stressful but that is life for a builder. We just get on with the job and hope for the best each day.
