We are Al Aafya Vision Developers Llp and our main spot is at Madina Tower on Talao Pali Road in Kausa, Thane. Specifically, we are in Shop No. A/06. Kausa is a lively neighborhood, and being on Talao Pali Road means there’s always something happening right outside our door. We do development work, which basically means we spend our time trying to figure out how to build better places for people to live or work in this part of Thane. The office is pretty straightforward—a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of folders full of plans. We spend a good chunk of our time out at the sites, making sure the workers have what they need and that the progress is steady. It’s a lot of coordination between different trades, like plumbers and electricians. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy promises. We just look at what needs to be built and try to get it done within a reasonable time. The traffic in Mumbra and Kausa can be tough, so we do a lot of our traveling early in the morning. People in the building know us, and we know them. It’s a local operation through and through. We’re just regular folks who know how to put a building together. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do every day. We just want to make sure the projects we start actually get finished right.
