Our office is located at House Number 622 in Taluka Shahapur. It’s a bit away from the main city rush, which is actually quite nice for a change. Shahapur is growing, but it still has that quieter feel compared to Mumbai or Pune. We deal with construction projects around here. Akriveia Construction isn't a massive firm with glass buildings; we work out of a simple setup. Most of the time, we are traveling to different sites in the taluka to check on progress. The roads here can be a bit rough, especially during the monsoon season when everything turns green but gets very muddy. We work with local laborers and try to keep things moving as scheduled. It's hard work, standing under the sun and making sure the foundations are right. We've got a lot of experience with the local soil and weather patterns here. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or water issues on-site, but we figure it out. Our address at H.No 622 is where we do all the planning and talk to people who want to build something. We don’t use fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things. Whether it's a small house or something bigger, it’s all the same process of bricks and mortar. We’ve been in this area long enough to know most of the suppliers by name. It’s a decent life, working with your hands and seeing something stand where there was just dirt before. It takes time, but we get there eventually.
