You can find us at Uthalsar Naka in Thane West. We are in Block G, Shop No. 3 of the Dhandurga Society. Ajesh Builders & Developers Privatelimited is what we go by. It’s a busy corner of Thane, and there’s always something happening right outside the shop door. We’ve been in the 400601 area for a while now. We handle building projects and some development work too. It’s a small team, mostly just us and a few regular contractors we trust. We don’t have a big human resources department or a marketing team. If you call, one of us will just pick up the phone. The office is small, but it’s right where we need it to be. We deal with all the usual headaches like permits and rain delays. Thane gets a lot of rain during the monsoon, so we have to plan around that. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we run into unexpected problems on a site, but we deal with it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished brochures. We just build things. People come to us because they know we’re local and we won’t give them a corporate runaround. It's just a regular business run by regular people who live in the same neighborhood. We like it that way and we just keep building.
