We at Aeternum Buildco Private Limited operate out of Building No 23/20 in the Yasohoshree Co Op Hsg Soc. We are located in Shree Nagar N, over in Thane. It’s a bit of a residential setting, which makes for a quieter workday compared to being on a main highway. The society is a typical Thane housing complex, and our office is just one of the units there. It’s a simple setup where we handle all the building and construction management. We don’t have a big sign out front or a fancy reception area. It’s mostly just us, our computers, and piles of documents related to our buildco projects. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside, and you can hear the usual sounds of a housing society throughout the day. We like it this way because it feels more like a real part of the community. We aren't trying to act like a massive international corporation. We’re just local people doing our jobs in a space that works for us. Getting to Shree Nagar is pretty straightforward, though Thane traffic can always be a surprise at the end of the day. We spend our time checking on sites and then coming back here to update our records. It’s a steady routine that keeps us busy. We don't use much marketing speak; we just focus on getting the building work done right from our little office in building 23/20.
