AEGIS BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

We have been operating Aegis Buildcon Private Limited out of our shop in Sanpada for quite a while now. You can find us at Shop No. 7 in the A-wing of Shah Complex 4, right near Plot No. 10. It is a busy part of Navi Mumbai and the office is usually full of papers and site maps. We are not a big corporate firm with a fancy lobby. It is just a regular workspace where we handle the daily grind of the building business. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and coordinating with people on the construction sites. The shop is a bit small but it works for what we need to get done. People around Thane and Navi Mumbai know us as local folks who just do the work. We do not spend time on big speeches or marketing. Some days the place is quiet and we can actually get some planning finished, but usually, it is pretty hectic. We have seen Sanpada grow and change since we first set up here in Shah Complex. It is easy enough to find if you are in the neighborhood. We are usually here from early morning until late evening because that is just how the construction life goes in Maharashtra. We are glad to be part of the local scene and just try to keep things straightforward for everyone we deal with.
