Our office for Adwita Infrastructure Private Limited is located in the Motibhai Tower in the Bazarpeth area of Badlapur. We are in B-Wing, specifically in Flat No. 603. Working out of a flat gives the office a more relaxed, personal feel than a typical commercial building. Bazarpeth is the main market area, so it’s always buzzing with activity and noise from the shops below. We handle infrastructure projects across the Thane district from this small base. It’s often quite crowded in the office with rolls of paper and people coming in to discuss various construction details. We don’t really go in for any promotional fluff. We just focus on the engineering and the management side of the building projects we take on. Badlapur has seen a lot of development recently, and being right in the center of it means we stay busy all year round. We spend our days coordinating with workers and making sure we have the materials needed for the next phase of whatever we are building. The commute can be a bit much during the monsoon, but the view from the sixth floor helps us see what’s happening in the neighborhood. We are just a straightforward team that values getting things done without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name, and we like that local connection.
