Adoni & Dalal Projects LLP is tucked away on the 3rd floor of the Kiran Seth Building. Our address is H No. 649 in the 4th Nizampura area of Bhiwandi. It is right opposite the Baug E Firdous Masjid, so we hear the calls to prayer throughout the day, which is a constant part of our routine. Bhiwandi is a very busy, crowded place, and Nizampura is no exception. The building itself is an older one, and climbing up to the third floor keeps us active. Our office isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit in everything we need to run our projects. It’s a lot of dusty files, some old desks, and computers that are always running. We deal with a lot of local stuff here in Thane, and being in the heart of Bhiwandi makes it easier to stay connected to what’s happening on the ground. The streets outside are usually packed with trucks and people moving goods, which is just the way life is here. We don't have any fancy marketing materials or a glossy finish on our walls. It’s a gritty, hardworking environment where we focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the power goes out or it gets too hot, but we just keep going. It’s a real, honest place where we put in the hours to make sure our projects are moving forward as they should be.
