Down on ST Road in Thane, our office is located in Flat 106 at Rupa Apartment. It is a regular apartment building, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate office. Admsan Builders and Developers is a small outfit. We focus on projects in and around the Thane area. Being on ST Road means we have to deal with a lot of traffic, but it also means we are easy to reach for anyone in the neighborhood. We spend our time managing construction sites and making sure the workers have what they need. It is a lot of coordination. Inside the office, it is mostly just us at our computers or looking at physical plans spread out on the table. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people hear about us. We are just local people building for other local people. Some days we are out in the rain checking on a foundation, and other days we are stuck in the office doing the accounts.
