Acorp Projects Private Limited is located in Thane West, over in Lokmanya Nagar. We are in Phase I of Shri Laxmi Park, specifically at H.No. G/7B, unit 003 in Pada 2. It’s a ground-floor space, which is handy when we have to move equipment or files in and out. The neighborhood is a typical Thane residential area, so there are always neighbors around and the sound of people going about their business. Our office is small and focuses on being practical. We have a few desks and a couple of chairs for when someone needs to sit and talk. We don’t spend money on expensive furniture because we’d rather just have what works. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through project plans. Being in the 400606 area means we are close to a lot of the work we do in the region. The space at Shri Laxmi Park is simple and straightforward. We have some posters on the walls and a lot of binders on the shelves. It’s not a corporate showroom; it’s just where we work. We like being in a place that feels like a real part of the community. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the local traffic and people, but that’s fine with us. It’s a honest, no-frills setup where we can just focus on getting our projects done without any unnecessary complications or fancy corporate talk.
