We are based in Haware Fantasia Business Park over here in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. It gets pretty busy in this part of Thane. Most days we are just in the office at S 176 or out at sites checking on how things are moving along. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. We started this firm, Abhidnya Buildcon, to get into the infra side of things because that's what we know. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and files everywhere, but that is just how it goes when you are busy. Sometimes the traffic getting to the plot near the business park is a nightmare, but you get used to it. We don't have a big corporate setup. It is just a few of us trying to make sure the projects stay on track. People stop by to ask about drawings or just to have tea and discuss the latest updates. We have been in this spot for a while now. It feels right being part of the local scene here in Navi Mumbai. There is always some new building going up or some road being fixed nearby. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes things get delayed with permits and all that, which is frustrating, but we deal with it as it comes. It is not always glamorous. Most of the time it is just hard work and long hours.
