Bhiwandi is a busy place, and our little tutorial spot is right in the middle of all that action. It gets quite noisy outside with the trucks and the local traffic, but once you step inside, it’s a bit more manageable. We started Aarya Tutorials because we saw a lot of kids struggling with their basic lessons. The space isn't very large, so we have to be careful about how many people are in at one time. We have some old desks that have seen better days, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they hold up fine. We don't spend money on big signs or anything. People usually just hear about us from their neighbors or friends at school. It’s mostly just us sitting around a table explaining things until they click. Some days are long, especially when exams are coming up and everyone is a bit stressed. We keep some extra notebooks under the counter just in case someone forgets theirs. Thane is a big place, but here in this corner of Bhiwandi, it feels like a small community. We know most of the families who send their kids here. It’s a lot of work, and sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out with some flashlights until it comes back on. It’s just a regular part of how we run things every day. We make sure the pencils are sharpened and the students have a place to sit.
