Career Avenues (India) Pvt Ltd is based out of Madhuro House Society in Wadi, Maharashtra. We’ve been here for a while now, working out of this location and helping people with their career paths. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have a fancy corporate headquarters in a skyscraper; we just have our office in the society where we can focus on our work. The days here are usually filled with talking to different people and trying to figure out where they might fit best in the job market. It’s a lot of listening and a lot of typing. Wadi is a place where people know each other, so we get a lot of walk-ins and word-of-mouth visitors. We don't use any complicated business jargon or make big claims about being the best. We just sit down with whoever comes in and see what can be done for them. Maharashtra is a big state with a lot of opportunities, and we just try to be a small bridge for people trying to find their way. The office is pretty basic, just the essentials really. We focus more on the conversations we have than on how the office looks. It’s just how we’ve always done things here at Madhuro House Soc. There is always someone coming or going, and we try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can without making it too complicated.
