A1 Hair Dresser

A1 Hair Dresser is situated at Shop No 14 in the Tmc Punarwarsan building in Tikuchiniwadi. We are right in the Thane West area, not too far from the Happy Valley complex. Most people around here know Happy Valley, so that makes it easy to explain where we are. Our shop is just a modest little place where we’ve been cutting hair for a good number of years. We don't have a big staff, usually just a couple of us working the chairs. The neighborhood has grown a lot lately, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. We offer basic haircuts and shaves for the local men and boys. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning that works all the time, but we have good fans and enough light to see what we are doing. We know most of our customers because they live in the apartments right around the corner. Sometimes they stop in just to say hello even if they don’t need a haircut that day. It’s a bit of a social spot in that way. We don't use any complicated booking systems. You just walk in, see if a chair is empty, and if not, you wait a bit. The shop gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we sweep up as often as we can. We are just a regular part of the Tikuchiniwadi community, doing our bit every day.
