We’ve got our office in Mira Road East, specifically in the Kailash Dham society over at Pleasant Park. It’s a typical suburban setup. If you’ve been to Mira Road, you know how it is—lots of apartment buildings, small shops on every corner, and plenty of people commuting back and forth to the city. Our space is in one of the shops on the ground floor. It’s not very large. We’ve got a couple of desks, a printer that jams too often, and a shelf full of old project folders. We aren't trying to look like a high-end real estate firm. We’re just local builders trying to keep things moving. Most days, the office is just a base for us to coordinate materials and talk to the guys on the ground. It can get a bit noisy with the kids playing in the society grounds nearby or the traffic on the main road, but we’re used to it. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or expensive office furniture. We’d rather just focus on the construction side of things. Sometimes the monsoon rain leaks a little near the window, and we have to move some papers around. It’s a basic, functional space for a small team. We know the neighbors in the building and the local vendors. It’s just a normal, everyday business trying to do a decent job without any corporate pretension. We stay here until the work is done, then close up the shutters and head home like everyone else.
