Our office for 7Putehousing Private Limited is Unit Number 62, which is up on the second floor of Gami Industrial Park. The park is located on Plot Number C/39/A in Pavane, right in the Turbhe area of Navi Mumbai. It is a massive complex and sometimes people get lost trying to find the right wing. You have to take the stairs or the lift up to the second floor, and our unit is tucked away among many others. The 400705 area is mostly about warehouses and small manufacturing units, so there is a lot of heavy vehicle traffic on the roads outside. Inside the unit, it is a bit quieter. We have a basic setup with some workstations and a small area where we keep our records. The windows look out over other industrial rooftops. It is not a very green view, but it shows the reality of Mumbai City. We have been here for some time and have gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial park. The mornings are usually about sorting through emails and the afternoons are for meetings. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. If you walk in, you just see us working. It is a straightforward place for a straightforward business. We like being in Navi Mumbai because it feels a bit more organized than the old city, even if it is still very busy.
