7 Hills Buildtech Llp

We run 7 Hills Buildtech from a flat in the Fam Co-op Housing Society. It's Sector 11, Plot 19, Flat 47/506. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes because we have a lot of samples and paperwork lying around the place. Using a residential flat as an office makes things feel more relaxed, I guess. We aren't wearing suits most of the time. Usually, it's just jeans and shirts because we are always going back and forth to the construction sites. We handle things like renovation and some larger builds too. The society is usually quiet, which is nice when we have to focus on the numbers or the design stuff. We don't spend money on big signs or advertising. Word of mouth usually gets us our next job. If someone needs something built or a project managed, they just give us a call or stop by the flat. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us fit, I suppose. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want to make sure the walls we build are straight and the roofs don't leak. That’s pretty much the whole story. We started this small and it stayed small, which is fine by us. We know our neighbors and we know our work. If there is a problem at a site, we just head out and fix it ourselves.
