You can find us at Shop No 407 in the City Center Building, right near Dhamankar Naka in Bhiwandi. Being on the fourth floor keeps us away from some of the street noise, but Thane is always a lively place to be. 28-Aeon Greenspace Llp is really just a group of us who wanted to build something that made sense for the area. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going over the schedule for the week. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We like to keep things grounded. Sometimes the lift in the City Center Building acts up, so we get our exercise on the stairs. It’s a bit of a climb to the fourth floor, but we don’t mind it much. Our space is filled with samples and blueprints, and there’s usually a bit of dust around from whatever project is currently active. We’re not here to sell anyone a dream; we’re just here to provide what people need. People around Dhamankar Naka know us as the folks who work late and try to keep things honest. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We don’t use big words or try to sound smarter than we are. We just know our trade and we stick to it. If you need us, we’re usually there from morning until the sun goes down, just working through the pile of tasks we have to do.
