Unique World Event Management

Our office is up on the third floor of the Time Square Building. If you're coming from the Bhulka Bhavan School side, we're right behind there on Adajan Road. It’s a decent spot in Surat, though the parking can be a bit of a headache during school hours. We’ve been running Unique World Event Management from this space for some time. It's not a huge place, just a few rooms where we manage all the bookings and planning. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting around the big table trying to coordinate schedules. There is always a lot of activity in Adajan, and we feel like part of the neighborhood. People often ask what we actually do, and it’s basically just making sure things happen when they are supposed to. We don't have a flashy lobby or anything like that. It’s just us and our desks. Some days it gets pretty loud with everyone talking at once, but that's how it goes in this business. We deal with all sorts of requests. Some are easy, some take a lot of back and forth. We don't really have a scripted way of doing things. We just talk to people like regular neighbors. The building itself is easy to find if you know the landmark. We’re just local folks trying to keep things organized for our clients. It’s a lot of logistics and lists. We just keep at it day after day without much rest or slowing down.
