Payal Plastics

If you ever spend any time walking around Haripura, you might have passed by our building at Payal Plastics. We are just one of the many small businesses trying to make a go of it in this crowded neighborhood. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it serves us well enough for the work we do. We handle various plastic items every day of the week. The work is mostly manual labor, which involves a lot of lifting, carrying, and arranging things on the shelves. We don't have a fancy front office or a receptionist to answer the phones with a prepared script. Usually, someone is just out in the back or near the front entrance handling the latest batch of items that just came in. Haripura is a place where everyone is working hard to get by, and we are no different from the rest of the neighbors. We open up the shop early in the morning and usually stay until the sun goes down and the street gets a bit more quiet. Sometimes it is a bit of a mess inside with all the boxes, but we generally know where everything is located in the shop. It is a small operation, so we have to do everything ourselves without any extra help. When a person walks in, they usually just want to get what they need and go back to their own work. We don't do much talking unless it is necessary for the business at hand.
