Tulsi Novelty

Tulsi Novelty is situated in the shopping centre over in Balaji Layout. Specifically, we are at the 16th Main Extension, near the 1st Cross in Dungra. It’s a bit of a long address to write out, but it’s a good spot once you get used to the area. The shopping centre is a hub for the local area, and we’ve been a part of it for quite some time now. We’ve got a lot of items packed into our space, so you really have to take your time looking around the shelves. We try to keep things in some kind of order, though it doesn't always stay that way when we have a busy afternoon. The staff here is just us, a small group of people who enjoy working in the neighborhood. We aren't experts at marketing or anything fancy. We just know our products and we know our customers by their names. Being in Dungra means we see a lot of the same people every week. It’s nice to have that connection with the neighborhood. We don’t make big promises or use complicated language to get people in the door. We just keep the doors open and do our best to help whoever walks in with what they need. It’s an honest way to run a shop, and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We’re just happy to be here doing our thing.
