Thank You Event

Our office is over in Uniondhara Society, right across from the Sargam Shopping Center on Citylight Road. It is a busy part of Surat, and being behind Sarjan Society makes it a little quieter than the main road, which we appreciate. Thank You Event is basically us planning out things for people who have a lot going on. We spend our days looking at floor plans and calling up decorators. It is not all pretty stuff; there is a lot of arguing with transport guys and making sure the chairs are not broken. We have been here in Surat for a bit, and we know how people like their events to go. It is a lot of long hours, especially on weekends when everyone else is off. We do not have a big corporate office with glass walls. It is just a room with some desks, a lot of files, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. Sometimes things do not go perfectly, like a flower delivery being late, but we just figure it out on the fly. We are not here to give you a sales pitch. We just take the details, write them down, and try to make sure everything is in the right place at the right time. It is a practical job that keeps us on our feet most of the day. We are just local people doing local work.
