Sweet And Spicy Caterer

Our place is a bit different because we operate out of A-1, 402, in the Prasiddhi Flat near Pragati Nagar in Piplod. It’s more of a residential-feeling setup compared to some of the big commercial kitchens downtown. Being in a flat means we have to be very organized with our space. Sweet And Spicy Caterer started out small and we’ve just stayed in this Piplod neighborhood because we know the people here. You won't find a big neon sign outside, just our door in the apartment building. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen area, obviously. It’s usually quiet in the mornings until we start the prep work, then you can hear the knives on the cutting boards. Our neighbors are used to the smells of cumin and mustard seeds drifting through the hallway. We don't have a team of receptionists or a fancy office. It’s mostly just us handling the orders on the kitchen table and making sure the delivery containers are cleaned and ready to go. Since we are near Pragati Nagar, it’s easy for us to get to most parts of the city without too much trouble. We just do our work, keep the kitchen scrubbed down, and handle whatever orders come our way. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and we like the personal feel of working from this spot in Prasiddhi Flat. It can get crowded when a big order comes in, but we manage.
