Surya Vandana Gift Article

Our shop is on the first floor of Indraprasth Complex, room 101. We are in the Parvati Payatha area of Surat. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up the stairs, so I try to make it worth the trip. Surya Vandana Gift Article has been here for a while. It’s a bit of a climb, but it’s quieter than being right on the street. I have a lot of decorative items for the home. Things like small lamps, pictures, and some ceramic pieces. I worry about the ceramics because they are fragile, and sometimes things get bumped. I try to keep the shop organized, but I have a lot of stock and not enough shelves. Sometimes there are boxes on the floor that I haven't unpacked yet. It’s just how it goes when you’re busy or feeling a bit tired. I don't use any fancy marketing. Mostly, people who live in the apartments nearby come in. Or people who are visiting the other shops in the complex. I like being in Surat; it’s a fast-moving city, but here in my shop, time feels a bit slower. I sit at my desk, maybe listen to the radio, and wait for customers. I do all the cleaning and the buying myself. It's a lot of responsibility, but it's my own thing. We're just a small shop tucked away on the first floor here in Parvati Payatha.
