Shri Saibaba General Stores

We have been at Surat Chaar Rasta for a long while now. It is a very busy spot right by the Athwa Gate area. Mostly what we do is sell basic stuff people need for their houses every day. It gets really crowded in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. We try our best to keep the shelves stocked with whatever folks ask us for. Sometimes we run out of things unexpectedly, but we get new stock in pretty quick from the wholesalers. It is just a regular general store, nothing fancy at all. The floor might even be a bit dusty sometimes because of all the traffic and wind coming from the main road outside. We know most of the people who come in regularly by their names. It is a good neighborhood to be in and we enjoy the people. We open up early so people can grab what they need before they start their day. If you are looking for something specific and do not see it on the shelf, you should just ask us. Sometimes things are tucked away in the back room or we just haven't had the time to put them out yet. Life on the Main Road is always loud with all the cars and rickshaws constantly going by. We have seen a lot of changes around here over the years. Some buildings go up and others come down, but we just keep doing our thing. It is a simple life.
