Shree Ram Kariyana Store

Our store is located on the main road in Amroli, specifically the Chapara Bhatha Mane Road area. It’s a kariyana store, so we deal mostly in grains, pulses, oils, and all the spices you need for a kitchen. The bags of rice and flour take up a lot of space on the floor. It smells like turmeric and dried chilies inside most days. We’ve been serving this part of Amroli for a good bit of time now. People come in with their lists and we weigh everything out for them. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting heavy sacks and filling smaller bags. The road outside can get pretty noisy with all the traffic passing through Chapara Bhatha. We have a lot of regulars who have been coming to us for years. They know they can get the basics here for their daily meals without any trouble. We don’t have any fancy lighting or modern displays, just wooden shelves and old-school scales. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with the door open to the main road, but that’s just part of it. We keep our head down and focus on getting the orders right. It’s a simple life running a grocery shop like this. We are just a local business trying to make sure the families around here have what they need for their kitchens every day. It's a busy job but we like seeing our neighbors.
