Shree Durga Super Market

The shop is at Shop No-193 in Gopal Nagar Society. It has been here in Pandesara for a bit now. We open up early because people around here need things before they head off to work in Udhna. It is usually busy in the mornings. You can find us right near the D Mart, which is a big landmark for most people trying to find the place. Sometimes the traffic on the road gets a bit much, but that is just how it is around here. We spend a lot of time just moving boxes and making sure the grains and soaps are where they belong on the shelves. It is not a huge place, but we try to keep what people ask for. My hands are usually dusty from handling the flour bags or the sugar sacks. Sometimes the fan makes a weird noise, but it keeps us cool enough during the hot afternoons. We see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice. You get to know what people like to buy. Dealing with the suppliers can be a headache when the truck shows up late, but we manage. The floor needs sweeping pretty much every hour because of the dust from the street. It is just a regular daily routine of checking the stock and helping whoever walks through the door. Nothing fancy, just the way a shop in a society like this runs.
