Our office is up on the eighth floor of the Western Corridor building, right by the Adajan Char Rasta. Being near the Adajan Hazira Road means there’s always a lot of traffic and noise outside, but it’s a good spot for us at Shiva Hospitality Services Pvt Ltd. We spend our days coordinating a lot of different moving parts. Hospitality isn't just about showing up; it’s about all the boring behind-the-scenes stuff that nobody sees. We handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls to make sure things run right for the places we look after. The office isn't overly decorated or anything, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee mugs. We’re a small group here, and we’ve worked together long enough that we don't need to say much to know what needs doing. Sometimes the elevators in this building are slow, which can be annoying when you’re in a rush to get to a meeting, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant with fancy mission statements. We just like doing a decent job and making sure our clients aren't stressed out. It’s a lot of long hours, especially during the busy seasons when everyone is traveling or holding events. We just take it one day at a time, keeping the files organized and the schedules tight. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do here in Adajan. We've been here a while and plan to stay.
