Shiriji Stationery

If you head over to the Doddanna Industrial Estate in Peenya Second Stage, you will find Shiriji Stationery at C-600 on the 22nd Cross. It’s an industrial area, so most of our customers are people working in the nearby units or students from around Pandesara. We keep plenty of pens, registers, and those heavy-duty folders that offices need. It isn't a fancy boutique. It’s a practical shop for people who need tools to get their work done. The shelves are packed with paper and notebooks. Sometimes the delivery truck blocks the entrance for a few minutes, but everyone around here is used to that. I usually open up early because the workers like to get their supplies before their shifts start. It’s a lot of lifting boxes and checking lists. We don't have a big sign with lights, just a simple one so people know where we are. The air smells a bit like ink and fresh paper, which I’ve grown to like over the years. We handle small orders for a single pencil and big ones for stacks of printer paper. It doesn't matter much to us as long as the customer gets what they came for. My desk is always covered in scraps of paper with notes on them. It’s how I keep track of what we need to order next. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
