Sanskruti Mandap & Caterers is located in Adajan Dn, right across from the Someshwar Jain Temple. We spend most of our time dealing with weddings, parties, and various local events. It’s a busy kind of life because there is always something to plan or a set of decorations to move. Our office is usually filled with samples of fabrics, photos of past setups, and big stacks of stainless steel plates. When the wedding season hits, things get pretty chaotic around here. We are constantly loading and unloading trucks with poles, curtains, and cooking equipment. Since we are right opposite the temple, we do a lot of events for the people who go there regularly. It isn’t just about the decorations; we also handle the food, so the smell of spices often hangs around the place when we are prepping for a big catering job. The staff is mostly local guys who don't mind the heavy lifting or the long hours that come with event work. We don't have a polished corporate image or anything like that. We are just a group of people who know how to set up a good mandap and cook a decent meal for a crowd. Sometimes things go wrong, like a tent gets a snag or a delivery is late, but we always find a way to fix it before the guests arrive. It’s a hands-on business and we’ve been at it long enough to know what works for our neighbors.
