Sandip Thakor & Associate is located in Neelanjay Apartment, specifically in unit 503. We are right behind the Sargam Shopping Center in the 395003 area of Surat. Being behind a shopping center means we are in a quieter spot, which is nice for a workspace. It isn't a flashy commercial office with a big sign on the main street. We work out of the apartment building because it gives us a bit of peace to get things done. We have been here for a good amount of time now. People usually use the shopping center as a landmark when they are coming to see us. We aren't a big firm with a bunch of corporate rules and polished marketing. It’s just us working on projects and trying to do a solid job. Most of our day is spent at the desk or visiting different sites around Surat. We don't have any fancy brochures or big mission statements. We just talk to people plainly and try to understand what they need. It’s a very local way to run things, and we prefer it that way. If you head past the Sargam Shopping Center, you will find Neelanjay Apartment pretty easily. It’s a simple, honest place where we focus on the work rather than the image. We just take it one project at a time and keep our heads down. We are usually here during the week if you need us.
