You can find us at Chetan And Co. on Naka Road, inside the Ganpati Grah Udhyog area. It’s a place where a lot of small businesses are clustered together. We’ve been here for several years now. The space we have is mostly for storage and a tiny corner for the desk. It gets pretty dusty with all the traffic on Naka Road, but we keep the fans going. We mostly deal with local trade. It’s a lot of loading and unloading. We don't have any fancy machinery. If something needs to be moved, we use our hands or a small trolley. The guys who work here are all from the nearby streets. We know each other well and we don't need much instruction anymore. We just know what needs doing. Sometimes the orders are big and we have to stay late, other times it’s quiet and we close up early to go home. We don't do any big advertising. People know our name because we’ve been around. We try to be fair with everyone. If a shipment is wrong, we fix it. We don't use big words or have meetings. We just talk over tea and get back to the work. It’s not a complicated way to live. We’re just a small part of the local economy here, doing our bit every day.
