Khandelwal & Co

We are up on the third floor of the 343/ 44 building, right near Gajjar Chamber in Shakti Chowk. It is a busy part of Khatodara. Most days here start early. You have to walk up the stairs since we are on the 3rd floor, but it’s not too bad once you get used to it. The area is always humming with people moving around. Khandelwal & Co has been here for a bit now. We spend most of our time dealing with the paperwork and the usual day-to-day things that come with running a place like this. It gets pretty loud outside during the peak hours because of all the traffic in Shakti Chowk. Sometimes the lift works, sometimes it’s better to just take the steps. We know the neighbors in the building well. It’s just a regular office space where we get our work done. Nothing fancy. We keep the windows open when the weather is decent, though the dust from the road can be a bit much. The view from the third floor lets us see what’s happening down at the junction. Most people know the Gajjar Chamber landmark, so finding us isn’t usually a big problem for anyone coming by. We just sit here, do what needs to be done, and then go home like everyone else. It’s a practical spot for us. We’ve got our desks set up and everything is where it should be. We’ve learned to ignore the street noise.
