S K Katlari & Gift

Our shop is at 1 Ambika Appartment in the Dindayal Society area, specifically near Palanpur Jakat Naka on the way toward Pinjrat. We have a bit of everything here, mostly focused on katlari items and gifts. Katlari is one of those things where you have many small items like needles, thread, buttons, and basic makeup or hair accessories that people need daily. Then we also have the gift section with various items for birthdays or weddings. The shop in Ambika Appartment is not very large, so we have to use every inch of the walls for shelving. It can feel a bit cramped when there are more than three or four people inside, but that is just how it is with these local shops. The Palanpur Jakat Naka area is a nice neighborhood, and we have many regulars who live in Dindayal Society and stop by when they run out of small household essentials. We don't have a computer system or anything like that; we just know where everything is kept in the drawers and on the shelves. Usually, we start the day by cleaning the front area and checking if any new stock arrived from the distributors. It is a straightforward business, and we just focus on keeping the shelves full of the things people in this neighborhood use the most. We stay open pretty late to make sure people can get what they need after work.
