Raiyani Super Market

Raiyani Super Market is located on Varachha Road, inside the Manish Industrial Estate No 2 in Navghar. Despite the name "super market," we aren't one of those massive chains you see in the city center. We are just a local shop that tries to keep a bit of everything. Because we are in an industrial estate, we see a lot of different faces every day. We have stacks of heavy items like flour and large tins of oil near the entrance. The shelves are filled with daily necessities, snacks, and some basic cleaning supplies. It gets a bit dusty because of the industrial area and the traffic on Varachha Road. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass jars on the counter. The shop has been here for a good while, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Delivery vans come and go all morning, dropping off crates of soda and bags of grain. We don't have any fancy cooling systems, just a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day long. Sometimes we run out of change, so we have to ask the neighbor shop for some coins. It’s just the way things work here. We try to keep our prices fair so people keep coming back. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting boxes and stocking shelves, but it keeps us busy. We close up when the street lights flicker on.
