Radhaswami Store

Radhaswami Store is down in the basement of Suravya Apartment, at 3 Basement. We’re on 21st Cross, Jangamappa Road in Vivek Nagar, Gavier. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler than the street, which is nice in the summer. It’s not the biggest shop, but we’ve made use of every inch of space. We have things stacked up and tucked away, but we know where it all is. People find us because they live in the apartments or nearby in Vivek Nagar. We don't do any big advertising. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. We spend our time checking our stock and helping the folks who come down the stairs. It’s a quiet life down here. We don't have big windows to look out of, so we focus on the work inside. We don’t have a boss in a suit telling us what to do. It’s just us making the decisions. We try to be helpful when people are looking for something specific. If we don’t have it, we try to tell them where they might find it. That’s just being a good neighbor. We like the rhythm of this place. It’s steady and predictable. Every day is mostly the same, and we’re fine with that. It’s just how we run the store. It’s a simple living for us, keeping things moving along slowly but surely.
