R J Jani

We are located at 302 on the Ring Road, and that’s where R J Jani has been for quite some time now. Being on the Ring Road means there’s always something happening outside the window, usually just a lot of traffic, but it keeps things interesting. Our office is a single unit, number 302, and it’s pretty compact. We’ve had to be smart about how we use the space, so every corner has a shelf or a filing cabinet tucked into it. It’s not the sort of place you’d find in a magazine, but it’s comfortable enough for us to spend eight or nine hours a day in. We mostly focus on our individual tasks, but we talk a lot across our desks too. There’s no separation here. If someone is on a call, everyone knows about it. We’ve learned to work around each other’s habits. We don't have a lot of visitors, but when we do, we just pull up a spare chair and clear some space on the desk. It’s a very informal environment. We don't wear ties or follow any strict corporate rules. We just show up on time and do what needs to be done. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a project, and other times we leave a bit early if it’s a slow Friday. It’s just a regular small business trying to keep things steady on the Ring Road.
