Ambika Pathology Laboratory

Our place, Ambika Pathology Laboratory, sits in Sh No U 9 of the DG Point building. If you are looking for us, we are right there on Varachhali Mahalaxmi Cross Road, directly opposite Punna Kumbharia. It’s a busy part of town, and the lab stays pretty active most days. We handle a lot of blood work and other tests that people bring in. The office isn't very big, but we’ve managed to fit all the necessary equipment into the U 9 unit. Most of the morning is spent labeling tubes and making sure everything matches up with the patient names. It’s important work, but it’s also just our daily routine. We don't have fancy waiting rooms with television sets; just some simple chairs for whoever is next in line. The sun hits the front of DG Point in the afternoon, making it quite bright inside. We’ve been at this Mahalaxmi Cross Road spot for a good while now. It’s a convenient location for people coming from the surrounding neighborhoods. Usually, it’s just the sound of the machines and the occasional car horn from the street outside. We try to get the results out without rushing the actual science part. It’s just me and a couple of others keeping the lab running. We aren't trying to be the biggest lab out there, just a spot for the people nearby to get their tests done. We spend a lot of time cleaning the counters and checking the logbooks.
