Our office is located at 79 Shantivansoc, right across from Gail Tower on Newrander Road here in Surat. It’s a busy spot with lots of traffic. We handle a bunch of different service tasks for people and businesses around the city. It’s a private limited setup, but it feels more like a regular local shop most days. We started out just doing a few small things and it grew from there because there’s always something that needs fixing or organizing in a city like this. You can find us easily because of the landmark. The staff here is mostly local people who know their way around Surat. We don't have a big corporate manual or anything like that. If someone needs help with a service we offer, we just get to it. Sometimes the weather is hot and the office gets a bit stuffy, but we keep working through the pile of requests on our desks. We try to be practical. If something can’t be done, we just say so. No point in making promises we can't keep. Most of our day is spent on the phone or handling paperwork for various clients. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years with new buildings popping up. It’s a decent place to work. We just show up, do the work, and go home. That's how we've always run things here at Shantivansoc for a long time now.
