Working out of Ramnagar GIDC Estate at G 503 means we are right in the middle of all the industrial action. It’s a gritty area, but that suits the kind of service work we do here. A To Z Services has been in this unit for a while. We handle things for the other factories and businesses nearby. It gets dusty and loud because of the estate, but we don't mind it one bit. Our team is small and we’ve all worked together for a long time. We handle various maintenance and support tasks. There isn't a lot of fluff here. We keep our tools and supplies ready and head out whenever a call comes in. Being in GIDC, the schedule can be a bit unpredictable. Sometimes a client has an emergency late in the day and we have to stay back. We don't mind. It’s just part of the job. We know most of the security guards and other shop owners in the G block. It’s a community of workers. We don't spend much on decorating the office since we’re mostly out on site anyway. If you need something handled in the estate, you probably already know where G 503 is located. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. The fans in the office are always humming and there's usually a smell of grease or machinery in the air, but it feels like home to us.
