We are located at shop number 120 in the Citylight Shopping Centre on Citylight Road in Surat. If you’re looking for us, we are right across from the well-known Ashok Pan House. The shopping centre is a very active place, with all sorts of businesses and people moving around throughout the day. Our unit is simple and designed for utility. We have enough benches for a good-sized group and a basic desk where we handle all our paperwork. It’s not a polished or high-end retail space; it’s more of a working office. The noise from the shoppers and the traffic on Citylight Road is always there in the background. We start our day by opening the rolling shutter and getting the fans going to beat the Surat heat. We spend a lot of time organizing notes and talking to the people who drop by. There’s no big reception area or formal waiting room. You just walk in and we’re there. We like being in the shopping centre because everything we need is within walking distance, from stationery to snacks. The parking outside can be a bit of a mess, especially in the evenings, but we’ve learned to deal with it over time. It’s a very local, unpretentious environment. We just do our work, day in and day out, without any fuss or fancy slogans. It’s a steady routine that we’ve grown to appreciate in this part of Surat.
