Om Group Class

We’ve been running Om Group Class for a while now over at 15 Purvi Soc. It’s mostly just us helping the neighborhood kids with their schoolwork and exams. When we first started, there were only a few benches, but things have grown since then. It gets pretty loud when the school bell rings and everyone starts showing up at once. We spend most of our afternoons going over math problems or helping someone figure out their science homework. The space isn't huge, but it works for what we do. Parents usually just drop their kids off and we get to work. We try to keep things quiet enough for studying, though that’s easier said than done sometimes with a room full of teenagers. We aren't a big corporate school or anything like that. Just a local spot where people come to learn. Sometimes we stay late if a big exam is coming up the next day. It’s just how it goes here. We have a few different rooms set up now. Most of the people around 15 Purvi Soc know where we are. We've seen a lot of students grow up and move on to college. It’s kind of nice seeing them walk by later on. We just keep doing our thing every day, making sure the whiteboard is clean and the chairs are ready for the next group. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy.
