Naushad Daudani

My name is Naushad Daudani. I've been working from the 4th floor of Fatema Manzil for a while now. It's right near Rehhai Masjid in Sagrampura, Surat. It's a busy part of Gujarat but we managed to find a quiet enough corner here. Most days are just spent handling things as they come in. There isn't much to say about fancy offices because it’s just a practical space where the work gets done. People usually find us if they know the landmark of the mosque. It’s a bit of a climb to the fourth floor sometimes, but the view of the neighborhood is okay. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, just doing what we do every day. It's not a big corporate setup or anything like that. Just a small operation in a local building. Sometimes the stairs get tiring, but that's just part of life in an older building in Surat. I like it here though. It’s central and convenient for most things. We keep things pretty simple. There isn’t a huge team or anything. Just me and a few others making sure things stay on track. If you're ever around Sagrampura, you probably know where Fatema Manzil is. It’s been there forever. We don't really do much advertising. Most of our work comes from people who just know us locally or have been coming here for years. That's just how it goes for us. It isn't much, but it's enough for what we need.
